Ordering & Collection

How do I order treats from the shop?

Ordering something sweet is easy! Simply browse our online shop, choose your favourites, and add them to your basket. At checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred collection date and time. Then you’re one step closer to enjoying something delicious!

How far ahead should I place my order?

For standard shop orders, please order at least six days ahead. You can choose from the available collection dates at checkout. Some seasonal and wedding products have a fixed collection date shown on their product page. If you are hoping for a sooner collection, please contact us before placing your order so we can check availability.

When is my order confirmed?

Your order is officially confirmed once we’ve received your payment. Once that’s taken care of, we can get started on making something special for you!

Where do I collect my order?

Standard website orders are collection-only. Please collect your order from our bakery at 970 Bloedhond Street, Garsfontein, Pretoria; the address is also included in your order confirmation. For wedding delivery or setup, please contact us to arrange a separate quote.

Can I change an order or ask about servings?

Of course, you’re always welcome to ask! If you need to make a change or aren’t sure what size cake to order, simply get in touch. We’ll happily guide you through the options and do our best to accommodate any changes, depending on how far along we are with your order.

Custom Cakes

How do I enquire about a custom cake?

We absolutely love bringing your cake ideas to life! Whether you have a specific design in mind or just a few ideas, we’d love to hear about them. Send us your inspiration pictures, preferred flavours, celebration date, and any special details, and we’ll help you create something that’s perfectly suited to your occasion.

How much does a custom cake cost?

A custom cake is quoted according to its size, flavour, design and decorative details. You can browse our birthday and celebration cakes and themed cakes for available shop designs and prices. For a personalised quote, send your celebration date, serving needs, inspiration pictures and budget through our custom cake enquiry form.

How do I choose the right cake size?

Let us know how many adults and children you are serving, whether cake is the main dessert and whether you prefer smaller party portions or generous dessert slices. Cake height, shape and cutting style all affect the number of servings, so we can help you choose a suitable size for your celebration. If you would like individual treats alongside the cake, explore our cupcakes and cheesecakes.

Does submitting an enquiry book my date?

Not quite yet! Sending an enquiry is the first step, but your date is only secured once we’ve confirmed availability and received the required payment. We recommend getting in touch as early as possible so we can hopefully reserve your special date!

Wedding Cakes

Can wedding cakes be delivered and set up?

Yes, absolutely! We understand how important your wedding day is, and we’d love to help make it a little sweeter and less stressful. Wedding cake delivery and setup can be arranged in advance, subject to availability, with a separate quotation based on your venue and requirements. Just let us know where you’re celebrating, and we’ll happily discuss the options with you.

Allergens

Can you guarantee that your products are allergen-free?

We want everyone to enjoy their treats safely! Our cakes and desserts are prepared in a kitchen where ingredients such as wheat (gluten), eggs, milk, nuts, and other allergens may be present.

Although we take care when preparing every order, we’re unfortunately unable to guarantee that any of our products are completely free from allergens or cross-contamination.
